These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of iPlanr (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using iPlanr, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description
iPlanr is a social media management tool that lets you connect your social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and manage your content from one dashboard.

Acceptable Use
You agree to use iPlanr only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the service or other users’ accounts.
• Use iPlanr to send spam or unsolicited messages.
  We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Prices are shown at checkout and exclusive of applicable taxes.

14-Day Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial of our paid plans. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin and your payment method will be charged.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iPlanr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
